I went for a long run in the cold and needed a place to warm up and shower and perspire was perfect. I feel like the infrared helped my recovery for my legs! Highly recommend to everyone active in the cold especially runners !

I am a 66 year old male and have been extremely physically active my entire life. From the minute I walk into Valley of Vitality my stress reduces. The atmosphere is beautiful and the receptionists are welcoming and caring. I have been coming for at least 6 months and my appointments are always on time. The infrared sauna is the perfect way to get ready for a massage by heating the muscles from the inside. And finally, Naomi has changed my life (literally) with her massage technique. She has removed some very tight muscle areas and keeps my body in alignment with monthly massages.
Valley of Vitality may be the finest establishment of its kind that I can remember over my years.

The service was amazing, however, the rooms do not have plugs in the room.
The class was amazing! The instructor was great and the person at the front desk was very welcoming. I just wish that there were later classes like this during the week as I can’t always make the weekend morning classes.

Cleanliness, your staff are always so welcoming, the vibe is so calm and relaxing. Netflix in all rooms is awesome, I really enjoy my sessions at this location. Parking is so easy at Cannon , I used to go to the location in Gilbert and the parking was always an issue.
Studio was clean. Instructor Morgan was very friendly and lead a great, challenging class!

I joined on the first day it opened, was the first customer, and have gone back 9 times in two weeks. Very clean, modern spa. Love the Redlight therapy that goes with infrared sauna therapy. Forty minutes and the cold shower after. The staff and owner are truly nice and make the experience tailored to your needs.
