The staff is always friendly and welcoming! The location is very clean and inviting. I also really appreciate the complimentary piece of fruit they provide. I am often running from a workout to get to my appt and then get to a meeting after, so having something to refuel me is so appreciated.

All the classes I have attended (few to try) have been insanely of high quality. If I owned YHC - I would thank every instructor that walked through my doors. (And I’m 52 have never been an inside sports person). Love it so much -
the teachers guide the class with mindfulness and provide a sense of calm and grounding. I enjoy the warm, bright space, the use of props and the general atmosphere. I also really appreciate the kettle with various teas!

Naomi was great. It was my first visit but won't be my last. The rooms were spacious but still cozy and relaxing. Everything was peaceful. Will definitely be back to explore some fo the other massage options.
