We’ve had a wonderful experience with the swim school. The facility is always clean, organized, and very well maintained. The front desk staff is consistently welcoming, friendly, and helpful, which makes every visit pleasant.
Most importantly, Coach Kate has been absolutely amazing with my daughter. She is extremely patient, enthusiastic, and genuinely invested in teaching her students. My daughter looks forward to every class and truly enjoys learning from her. Coach Kate creates a positive and encouraging environment, and it’s clear she takes great pride in what she does. We’re very grateful for her dedication and excellent coaching.

We gave a score of 9 because the swimming coaches have been extremely patient, supportive, and understanding—especially when working with autistic children. They create a welcoming and encouraging environment that helps our daughter feel comfortable and confident in the water. We also appreciate the thoughtful touch of providing small treats for the kids after each swimming session, which our daughter really enjoys.
The only reason we did not give a full 10 is due to a billing issue we experienced. Instead of coordinating with our daughter’s regional center regarding the updated monthly billing rate, the charges were processed directly to my personal credit card that was on file without prior notification. Better communication regarding billing changes would have been appreciated.
Overall, we truly appreciate the care, patience, and effort the staff puts into each child’s learning experience.
They have always been kind and nice whenever we go. We go to the Dove Creek location and love it. My son is developmentally delayed and they are so patient with him.
Kids have thrived there. Kids are welcomed and ok to be kids, and are greeted by name. They’ve learned a ton in a short time. Small class sizes, lots of encouragement with room to continue to grow.

We are very happy with Aqua Tots Round Rock. The staff is very helpful and Courteous. The app is very user friendly to do the make up classes. There are a lot of classes to select from

Tara and the coaches have been absolutely wonderful.
The staff is exceptional in making us feel comfortable with the whole experience. There were unforeseen circumstances where our coaches changed every week within the first month and our kids had a difficult time adjusting to the changes each week. The staff was patient, reassuring, supportive, and of the utmost help every week with the transition for our littles. We highly recommend Aqua-tots.
All coaches give good advices and understand students well.

Everyone is amazing. Jessica goes out of her way to make sure children are scheduled with their preferred coaches, Sami Mars and Rowan are the best.
Great teachers and lessons that help my 6 month old enjoy the water
Hayden is incredible. Kole and freida were also both amazing. Hayden always takes his time with Keegan. The communication between your team members is excellent and I never worry when we have a sub coach. No one ever skips a beat and always is in tune with Keegan. Now that I've bragged on the swim staff now let's talk about the office staff. Wyatte, Morgan and Miranda are almost always there and make a point to visit with us and catch up on our life with Keegan. This makes me feel included and like were All one happy family. Wyatte is super sweet and always checks on Keegan. Morgan is always ready to answer my questions no matter how silly they are and honestly Keegan was not having it yesterday and he was having a meltdown and morgan is the one that made me feel comfortable to let him have his minute. I LOVE Aquatots and I couldn't imagine taking lessons anywhere else. Thank y'all for be y'all and being amazing. Your staff is top notch.

Everyone is incredibly nice and patient
Chloe is SO competent, accommodating, & kind!! She does an incredible job of working around my son’s special needs, learning his language (ASL) (!), & figuring out ways to explain things & motivate him. She is a natural with kids & special needs (& just people in general). Very consistent, & does her best to help students be safe, have fun, & learn skills.
Kaitlyn is super friendly, setting a very positive, cheerful, upbeat yet also laid back atmosphere. She works like a busy little ant, scurrying from front desk greeting & phone calls to cleaning & tidying the entire facility every single time we’re there. Not to mention she puts a lot into creating the best playlists- again just bringing that happy, fun vibe that actually lifts people’s spirits more than you might think!
Every worker I see regularly there seems hard working & contributing their part to keep everything running smoothly. Ivory is also awesome every time we’ve seen her or interacted in email. Very respectful, warm, helpful, & kind.
