Our 3 year old has a fantastic first season of soccer. Kristen and Andrew did an awesome job of making the optional practice fun and the volunteer coaches made game day sooo fun. Even the refs got into the spirit. Looking forward to the spring season!

My son has participated in the Y’s youth sports soccer program from his Elementary to Middle School age, for both spring & fall seasons. Co-Ed soccer has allowed him to form bonds with boys and girls on his teams, teaching him the importance of teamwork with his peers. The competition has varied levels of skill and experience, and this equally supports children of varying experience levels to join in on the their own introduction to the beautiful game. The competition level is just enough, and far from excessive at this early age.
Motivates my son to exercise and to be part of s team. Scheduales are always very well set up.
I love the Zumba/Cardio Funk classes. Anson is my favorite instructor and I wish she would come back on Fridays. The classes should be an hour like they are at other locations. How about a boxing class for women? That would also be great.
I like the community aspect - at the Townlake YMCA there is singing, eating, sitting around. And in the classes a connection is made with members and it is easy to talk.

I like the extensive accessibility and options of exercise equipment. I am also impressed by the many diverse programs that are available, such as the meditation workshop.
The staff is very friendly and helpful.
For me the location is perfect, especially since I can walk there from my house. I also like how the building is well integrated into the local area. And it has been beautifully renovated from the original structure, to a bright inviting space.

Child watch is amazing! My 3 year old loves going to “school” and I love a break — for mind and body. He recently played 3 year soccer and it was basically the best thing ever.

I love body pump and yoga at the Y. I wish there was a Thursday 7:15 bodypump or just anytime after 6:30 class. Angela Y (bp) and Sarah L. (Yoga) are the best!!
