The Y provides a broad bandwidth of activities to address any number of fitness goals. The clientele are diverse and the atmosphere of self improvement is contagious and supportive. It’s a habit you won’t regret having.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

What I like about this Y is the huge variety of cardio machines and their availability during almost any hour of the day. I also enjoy the huge selection of weight machines. I love the sauna, in door pool and the hot tub. The one thing that could be better is a little more room in the men's dressing room downstairs. It's not bad when their isn't a whole lot of folks, but when their is it's a little tough getting ready without being a hinderance to your neighbor. Not a show stopper, but something to think about in the future.

I use the facility for doing cardio and weight lift. There are enough work stations, so I don't have to wait until one of them it's available. This is a nice and clean building. I like it

Both I and my wife love coming to the Y! The friendly (and very competent) people at the check-in desk; the way the whole place is maintained; the public; everything.

All of the class options...and you have the same class multiple times a day! This gym is AMAZING. I love it at the Y. Thank you :)
