Great instructor for yoga (amelia d), friendly class, swimming pool deep enough for diving (finally found one!!!), location and front of house all great.
The pool is run well. Front desk staff extremely professional and friendly. Ali Ball always puts a smile on my face.
I especially like the gesture to provide a women's only swim on Sunday mornings to the community.
I LOVE LOVE the lobby. It's so airy and light. The furniture is incredible. Very homey too.
Very competitive and super friendly.
The fact that you have excellent instructors and your trainers are great.

Youth sports programs are great for parents who are looking for low-stress way to innvolve their kids in sports. As a coach, I really appreciate how helpful Kristin Mohon is in helping set up team rosters, responding to requests, and providing updates. The players, parents, and I all love the end-of-season soccer tournaments. Thanks for another great season!
Great price and good introduction to team sports. The refs were above and beyond fantastic and provided a very positive experience. I would look for more organization overall, but imagine that comes as they age up or you move to a more serious league. Regardless I cannot recommend the Y enough and am glad it was my daughters first soccer experience.
There is always a lot of variety and availability for each program. The instructors are educated in their programming and knowledgeable about modifying routines
Variety. Active senior classes.
I love Crystal's Zumba class on Wednesdays!
I also greatly appreciate the sense of community at the Y - very different from for profit gyms.
They are diverse! There are plenty of choices for all interests and ability levels.
Group classes are awesome friendly people
Love the YMCA sports programs, definitely think the coaches need to be more aware or their team actions.
Witness some really bad sportsmanship and coach did nothing to correct the kids behavior. Most teams are respectful towards each other and others are pretty mean. Respectfulness isn’t stressed enough sometimes so reminders to coach’s and parents even the kids would be great!
Excellent value for the money
The whole Town Lake facility;especially, the heavy bags.
Not applicable. I just use the cardio equipment and weight machines.

l like the diverse humanity that comes to the Y. Every one is welcome! That's become rare these days, and often over looked in it's importance.Thanks.
The Y provides a broad bandwidth of activities to address any number of fitness goals. The clientele are diverse and the atmosphere of self improvement is contagious and supportive. It’s a habit you won’t regret having.
What I like about this Y is the huge variety of cardio machines and their availability during almost any hour of the day. I also enjoy the huge selection of weight machines. I love the sauna, in door pool and the hot tub. The one thing that could be better is a little more room in the men's dressing room downstairs. It's not bad when their isn't a whole lot of folks, but when their is it's a little tough getting ready without being a hinderance to your neighbor. Not a show stopper, but something to think about in the future.

My 14-year old grandson was embarrassed because he did not know how to swim. I convinced him to take classes at the Y. After his first class he was filled with hope and enthusiasm. Now he has gone through all swim levels and wants to join the swim team. These classes have improved his self image on all levels. Y rocks!
