The variety of equipment and classes, the condition of the equipment, the consistency of the programs, times and staff. Most of all, the fellowships developed over the 34 years of membership.

My son played his first season of basketball and it was good. But the coaching was disappointing. They didn't teach any strategy or defense. I saw another coach telling her kids what to do when X happens or when Y happens. Our kids could have used that. We were Team Strauss.
