I enjoy core power, La Mesa location in particular, so very much. Amazing talented instructors who really have helped me grow my practice so much. I get so excited to roll out my mat there. Shout out to Shanon L....she always humbles and challenges me in the best of ways both physically and mentally. What an amazing instructor as well as human being
Fun class- very crowded though- no fault of Jez- very popular and with PB and Point Loma shut down I suspect more pressure on certain locations? Great class enjoyed.
