I only say 10 if the person has a specific HPF experience they seek just like me. Caitlin is very unique and knows how to run a very releasing HPF, calm voice and music with all the need I seek and more.
Hello! I’ve been a CorePower member for over 10 years. I love love love HPF. However, the Point Loma studio is waaaaaaaay hotter than other studios. I usually never have to lay down at all because it gets too hot.
Great experience. I go minimum once a week. MC Shane is a great instructor not only during the practice but for the meditation part too.

CPY Little Italy has excellent teachers and is very welcoming studio.

The instructors at CorePower are wonderful - they are professional, positive and their love of yoga makes the classes so enjoyable. Del Mar studio is beautiful and the CPY App makes scheduling classes very easy. The overall experience at CPY is fantastic
