Corepower's Yoga Sculpt class is the most complete workout you can have in an hour. It's also a fun class with all the music, fast tempo, and the variety of exercises.

All the staff are great, including the managers. I have been going to this gym since 2018 and I have never had a negative experience. The clients are down to earth, approachable and nice people. I love being part of this community. Corepower is what keeps me grounded and able to enjoy life.
CorePower Yoga is perhaps the BEST physical activity I have ever done. I combine the yoga practice with FireSnake Fitness Electro Muscle Stimulation and honestly, I have never looked or felt better in my entire life!!

I attend Sunday free community yoga led my Sari B. (and Dale)... Sari & Dale are so amazing, very welcoming + encouraging, and overall great spirits to learn from. They have made starting yoga less intimidating and that is very much appreciated.

Mason's the best instructor at Encinitas CorePower that I've practiced with. Great room temp -- very hot -- and instructions on poses are smooth and perfect. 10/10
