My first time at the new studio, and it's gorgeous inside! The single studio is intimate, but perfect for any workout. The instructors are warm and welcoming. Such a convenient location.
I liked the variety of classes, as well as the option to not have everything in a heated room.
I appreciated that there were classes available throughout the day, but especially during the lunch hour as that’s my ideal time for working out since I still have a young child.
Many options of time in a day to take a class.
