The instructors are very accomplished and create a very comfortable flow in the classes. The overall experience for mind, body and soul was very good for me.

I love everything. The teachers and staff, the parking validation, the heat level, and frequency/variety of classes.
The schedule of clases is very accessible and you can find a class when you need it.
Very fun class and i love the workout! Although i could not hear the instructor in the back of the class.
CP Mission Valley has been such a welcoming place for me to experience growth in so many aspects of my life- self growth, strength, energy, mindfulness, and more! Everyone is so kind and approachable. I love that I have built a community within CP Mission Valley while continuing to better myself, both on and off my mat.
My favorite SD studio. The instructors are consistently good. The studio vibe is very welcoming and feels like family. No intimidation or big egos; it's a super humbled, yet highly skilled place to practice.
