The studio is always clean and lively. So far, every class except one was a 10/10 instruction, great cues and challenging sequences. Best yoga classes I’ve had in years.

I’ve been practicing at CorePower for over 15 years, and no matter how many studios I try, I always end up coming back. The combination of great teachers and a genuinely welcoming environment makes CP my happy place.
The Poway studio isn’t my home location, but I’ve started going there specifically because of Britaney. Her Friday afternoon class is the reason I make the drive. As the studio manager, she brings an energy, clarity, and presence that elevate every session. Her HPF class is one of the best I’ve taken anywhere at CorePower, and it’s become a highlight of my week!
Great class with an excellent instructor. I really enjoyed the calming candlelight atmosphere. It added such a relaxing touch and made the experience even more enjoyable. I will definitely be back.
Nichole displays a deep understanding of the practice and poses she guides us through.
She breaks down the intricacies of each pose and paints a picture in my head of how I can adjust my body to deepen my practice.

I had a special "yogi" moment a few days ago. Happens time and time again. The studio was full, the music just right, the yoga flow cadence perfect with a bit of banter in between, and everybody sweating buckets towards the end of the hour. To see and be a part of this class in particular, the strenuous effort, all the while experiencing everyone moving in sync from one pose to another, gave me a chill, chicken skin, or goose bumps...whatever you want to call it. And it is not the first time, by all means. Happens all the time at this studio due to the fantastic instructors who take pride in their work in keeping us yogis coming back to achieve all the benefits of working hard at yoga. Some say that the "hardest part is getting there" is true, but all the while, extremely rewarding.
My suggestion the manager and teachers is to keep on keeping on. You all have such a great thing going on at this studio and I truly appreciate going there on a regular basis.

Wow what a fantastic place of healing, growth, and beautiful community!! Shout out to PB home studio and Point Loma where I started my Journey!! Love the little Italy studio the parking is super convenient and the family there is amazing just caught a great C2 with Brittany and was shredding up sculpts with Lauren Allysun Ku smiles and guidance much love to all!! Attitude of Gratitude to this and all the studios I have visited this far you cannot go wrong the parking is validated and super easy for my disorganized self!!
