Love the new studio and the early morning weekend class options
The teachers are the best! Two points of feedback— would love to see a 4:30pm weekday class like a C1.5 or C2, sculpt, or CSX and some classes at later times on both weekends and weekdays line 7:30, 8, and 8:30pm. Also loving the new floors! They do get pretty dirty fairly quickly and could use a little extra clean or sweep if it’s possible for the set team to squeeze that in. Thank you for considering! Grateful for the PL CPY community and would love to see more classes with even more people coming! It’s my favorite studio location :)

Great instructor. She had a perfect balance of direction and guidance. Explained positions well and observed classes progress and adapted to them very well.

Love the location and the infrared but wish there was a full ladies locker room. Weird that the showers are so separated dont like that layout.
Other than that piece, workout rooms are awesome!
The low lighting and the infrared heating system won me over on my very first and only visit.

I used to go to the CLMT studio since it's inception and due to life schedules I don't often get a chance to go to an afternoon class. Brad was an excellent instructor grounding and also challenged us to try a few peak poses! The revamped lobby was also really unique but less seating areas but it works with the smaller space.
Great energy and an environment where all people who want to explore how yoga fits in their life are welcome. All levels of yoga experience and knowledge are equally welcome here and my experience is that the session attendance counts are good for the room sizes there.
I also enjoy the knowledgeable and committed staff who are always warm and welcoming when I arrive there. But most of all, I enjoy sharing the experience of being in a session with other members who are also looking to grow, change and expand on who they are today. It just seems to me that this location draws in and maintains a client base that reflects the characteristics I see in the staff. Some of these are a universal acceptance of all of us regardless of our practice level, a genuine feeling of happiness in experiencing our practice together and a common level of respect for each person as the unique human that they are today.
I heart Nicole Souza! She reads to us, she describes the moves so perfectly, she puts her heart & soul into teaching her classes.

I really enjoy the options at 6 am. The yoga sculpt instructors are awesome (shout out to Megan and Ryan). Most recently I tried the Core Strength X class with Kerri and it was one of the best i have attended. She is light, relatable, and encouraging. I am looking forward to next week!

Appreciate the new flooring and lighting...was hoping the drip in the women's locker room would have been addressed but otherwise love the teachers at this location

I really like how new and clean it is. The staff is so nice! Lots of times offered during the day is a plus!
I had a little trouble seeing where the weights went after class because it was a little dark and the weight size was hard to see. Maybe underneath the weights would be better instead of to the side.
The only thing I missed not having was a towel provided.
Also will you have markers on the floor for where to place mats?
I will definitely be sharing with friends and hope to get some signed up!
I rejoined CorePower now that there is a studio in La Costa, and I am so glad I did! The classes and instructors are so excellent, and the studio is brand new with infrared lighting and heat!
