I love that each studio is thoroughly cleaned after each class. You never need to worry about a stray hair being blown in your face by someone next to you when they place their mat. The place is spic and span!

Awesome experience with Haddie (I think her name is) subbing for a sculpt class this week with an awesome attitude and stellar EDM playlist. I don’t always get to the Del Mar location but I really appreciate the details like robust (and color-sorted) retail section and paper towels in the men’s locker room. Keep it up, y’all.
Love the teachers, the classes (I took CP1 and CP2 classes for my free intro week), the way the teachers greet the students by checking us in on arrival, and the lovely studio space itself.

Great facility with super friendly and professional instructors. I’ve had a wonderful experience at this location- the instructor for Core Restore did an excellent job, particularly with recommendations on how to alter positions to maintain the stretch with ways to accommodate people that couldn’t do the form 100% I can’t wait to return for another class!

I like the variety of classes and I feel I’m getting a bit hooked on yoga. I definitely also like the pricing which was the reason I choosed CorePower Yoga as my first tryout with yoga.

Karen was super busy at the front desk but got me checked in (as a member from a remote studio). She was even better in the class as she was very attentive to each person's participation in a challenging CSX class and urged us to stay moving while checking to make sure we were not hurt or exhausted. The location of the DelMar studio was 8 miles from my aunt's house, the parking at this location is tricky because of the plethora of popular stores around the studio.
I love the instructors and community at this studio. The space is always clean.

The teachers at the La Mesa CorePower Studio are so professional, polite and amazing. They make you feel so at home. At 67 I cannot believe the strength I have attained by doing CorePower Yoga. Please let the staff know how much they are appreciated and loved!!
The onboarding was very easy and the free week is a great way to try different offerings. Everyone was friendly and the facilities are nice. I took a hot yoga class and it was great. Susan led a challenging practice and knew all the students.
Your instructors create the best place for yoga practice with their great attitudes and welcoming vibe especially to new members. I use class pass and go to various core power studios and BY FAR Poway is the best studio I've been to in SD county. I enjoyed classes with Justin D and Emily M and want to send a special acknowledgement to Annie D - her energy and expertise is amazing!
Good. The room wasn't quite hot enough. It seems like the previous instructor cooled it down after cleaning the room after her class (thank you for cleaning :-). But then the room just seemed like it never got warm enough. I onlly felt the warm heat when I stood up. I know our instructor was doing her best to try to heat the room back up. It was the large room on the right. Not a huge deal at all, just offering my feedback. Thank you for remodling the showers.
The studio and women's locker area are clean and inviting. The instructors are knowledgeable and approachable.
