First time at the studio - it was welcoming and a great C2 class! Teacher crafted a challenging flow and had a very calming encouraging voice, loved it!

The Poway studio is one of my favorite studios to practice yoga at! You can tell the people who work there really love what they're doing & the studio is so spacious.

I appreciate the schedule and variety of classes that are available. My schedule is always changing but I can usually find a class to fit my schedule. I also appreciate the variety and friendliness of the staff/instructors. I also take away something beneficial from each instructor!
