I think some reminders to both the instructors AND yogis...SITUATIONAL AWARENESS people.
1. Be mindful of where your sweat is dripping as you walk by mats. I know we are all pretty much sharing each others DNA but I don't really need a direct deposit.
2. Don't put your mat directly in front of another's. It's called staggering so we can ALL see the mirror. Really this most basic yoga etiquette needs reminding?

I love CorePower yoga! I especially love going to the Poway location. All the instructors are knowledgeable and approachable. I have been going multiple times a week. I would for sure recommend CorePower!!

I have been going to CorePower for seven years and the past three I’ve spent primarily at the PB location. I can honestly say that Encinitas is one of my favorite studios with the full windows and natural light. The instructors and students are also great, and it’s not a competitive environment which I love. Excited for this to be my new home studio!

Ronan has been a great and kind instructor. Beginner friendly and right amount of people in the nicely heated room. I appreciate the clean shower room and the studio.

Erin G's class was awesome! I feel amazing
I was trying to find parking and was like one min late, and the instructor was so kind and let me go in. She also is amazing!!!! I love that she does so many chaturangas!!! So many instructors don't! She also walked all around the room so that way everyone, especially someone who is very visual like me, can take our cues from her.
Really enjoyed her class!!! It went fast.

Loved the class I took with Anel, she has lots of energy and is able to push you to work to continue to improve.
The instructors seem to be knowledgeable and know the students. I like that they care and are passionate about yoga. I really enjoy Ronan’s philosophy series! It’d be fun to introduce more of that into yoga, since it is such a mindful practice.
Poway is the best CP location I have been to! 4s is right up there too. Always spotless and the team is friendly and welcoming! Have been a member for years and wouldn’t go anywhere else.

The instructor and the music were great! I love the level of heat and humidity with the HPF classes at the studio. I left feeling invigorated, relaxed and excited about my day. I really love the instructor. She’s fantastic.

Josh Blatter is THE BEST! So knowledgeable, thorough, well thought out in his sequences, always giving us more to learn about the intricate basics. Practicing with Josh helps me avoid injuries consciously and improve my balance by understanding how to create better balance using the dynamics of each posture. Thanks for having Josh on your team!!!!
