Janae is wonderful! Her classes are always packed and she really gives a good workout with sculpt yoga! Love her sculpt yoga classes.
Good teachers good times for classes
The instructor was super motivating and helpful. I really liked having a non-heated option for the Yoga Sculpt. Location is rather far for me but with Poway changing their schedule I am trying to find other options. The studio itself is wonderful and it was cool that there were two studio options.

The friendly vibe. Clean studio. Classes offered. Knowledgeable teachers. SX is great and so glad it’s offered multiple times during the day. Love that I can get an intense 45 min workout in on my work lunch break.

The variety in classes and teachers styles.And the fact that the focus is on mental growth and peace of mind as well as physical improvement. Also good size locker room and showers 😊

I enjoy the level of instruction by the very well trained instructors. The selection of classes is awesome. All staff is very friendly and helpful. I enjoy the amenities the club has to offer and the areas are always kept neat and clean. Over the years I have often shared my satisfaction of the La Mesa club with friends and family.

I’ve taken classes by instructors I’ve never had the chance to experience, and they’re wonderful. Just the way I like them. Which means lots of options.

And the Del Mar studio and Pt Loma are my 2 favorites but I no longer live near either one but I go when I can♥️
