Student Testimonials
my experience at CPY little italy was so great! it was my first time there. I had to leave LA because of the fires and my boyfriend and I went to this location, Shelby was so nice to us/ She welcomed us and was the sweetest person. Her sculpt class was fun, great playlist that paired with the class. i love it when teachers play inspiring and uplifting music, a lot of the yoga teachers in LA play heart breaking music.
Instructor was incredible!
all great
I most appreciated having enough space for my yoga practice in Encinitas. I've been to the Del Mar location and they've crammed too many people into a small space which is very distracting and not supportive for the energy I expect during my yoga experience.
Teacher was super nice - just not a great C2 class More like a core restore
best studio in the world.

Dafna was a great instructor and the room was nice and hot which is always great. Would happily return to this studio again!
