So glad I had the opportunity to get a free week of lessons. I participated in Tuesday, Wednesday, afternoon 1:30pm, 3pam teaching courses. The teacher is very experienced and professional. She patiently guides students when they practice. I like her teaching very much.
Instructor was great. She gave options for modification without singling me out.
Dee is one of my favorite instructors for CPY (this is actually the first review I’ve written for the many classes I’ve taken at CPY).
She leads the class with confidence and compassion. Dee gives alternatives for poses when entering postures and observes when practitioners may need more attention. She does so with grace and humility.
In the beginning of class, we knew it would be hot - it’s a small space and it was packed, she lent suggestions on how to cool your body temperature when needed. Overall, she commands a safe, inclusive environment. I left the class feeling great about myself and the work that my body/mind just completed.

Teacher was welcoming and accommodating. Studio had lots of natural light. Had some difficulty finding the Corepower studio within the shopping complex.

Going to CorePower is an essential part of my daily exercise routine (most days anyway) and I love HPF, C2, and Sculpt classes.
The Hillcrest CorePower is an amazing space with welcoming and warm instructors who lead wonderful classes! I am beyond lucky to get to be a part of this community.

Corepower has the art if yoga dialed in! I hadn’t been here since the pandemic started and had forgotten how beautiful the class flow is. The instructors are amazing and I love the studio!

So far all the classes I took were amazing! I took 3 classes with 2 different teachers and both were very good, very inspiring, encouraging , knowledgeable and motivating. I am ready to join as a member, I am hooked and wanna go to 2 classes a day when I can

Maureen is hosting some incredible yoga classes, and I return for her chakra series. Additionally, the candlelight element really helps set the mood for spiritual ascension. I have been telling friends who have been taking the series with me, and my hope is to make Maureen’s chakra series a way to reconnect with my inner self as I move through this journey of life. 🌹🌞💚
Love this studio! It’s always a pleasure and the staff is so welcoming and pleasant. The full body core workout is always a challenge which makes room to grow. You just do your best and will definitely walk out mentally and physically relaxed. Kudos to all the instructors on jobs superbly done. :)
I feel welcomed every time I walk into the studio. Sharon is a fantastic instructor, between her excellent cueing and sequencing and her playlists, I’ve enjoyed every single class I’ve taken of hers.
The employees were very professional and welcoming. The instructor was very warm and caring, she touched base with me and the one other participant before the class started and after the class. The class itself was enjoyable.
I love the range of classes you can take! No matter where I am at or what Corepower, everyone is so nice.
I was in San Diego for my daughter's graduation from Marine boot went to take a live class with Damon Jones. His online classes got me though the pandemic.
I was overjoyed to to be able to take a class with Damon. He was fantastic and I was in awe of him as a teacher. I will take his class anytime I'm in the area.
Easy to park, great class times, nice studio, great classes.
Traffic to this location can be a bummer- allow extra time.
