This was my first time at CorePower. I took a hot power yoga with Maureen and then returned for her Chakra Restore Yoga Session. I was honestly blown away by me experience.
I had a beautiful emotional release at the end of the power yoga session that really helped me clear out some residual debris. Then when I returned for the chakra restore session, I had a great reconnection with my root chakra. I am so grateful my first corepower classes were with Maureen. Meeting her and experiencing her classes lit a fire in me to desire to hold that kind of space for myself more often.

Just a small note that the MV studio could use a good vacuuming in the downstairs entrance and stairs.
The variety of yoga plans, flexibility of hours , accomodative pace for different fitness levels and the awesome trainers

I can't say enough great things about this studio. Amazing teachers, classes and energy! HUGE shoutout to Angel, he is the backbone of this facility and definitely a big factor in why I kept going. Super sad I have to cancel my membership due to moving, I will miss CPY Little Italy forever. <3
