When I go to a corepower class no matter who the teacher is I feel comfortable and I can fully trust that my teacher will help me if I need adjustments or am in danger of hurting myself. Very large studio. Great instructors, I took classes from Adam and Beth. C2
The hotness of the room. Point Loma only has the right hotness that wine like with humidity and heat. And we like the way angel Kristen mark and Scott teach their classes. So those are the one we like the best! I live walking distance to little Italy but prefer Point Loma for the heat of hot fusion. Too.
Love Kay!! She seems to intuitively know exactly what we all need. Her music is at perfect volume, and the temperature is just right.
One recommendation for North Park would be to post a sign in the yoga room with a few rules like to be quiet. There were a lot of new young people that were talking loud before the instructor came in to start class. I like going 10 minutes early to get settled but difficult with all the talking. Also they wore shoes to walk in studio

It’s always a pleasure dealing with anyone at CorePower.
I love my local Core Power studio! it's a short walk from my house, the full schedule of classes allows me to fit in a class around my busy schedule, i'm always welcomed by friendly staff and the personal touch by the wonderful staff makes me feel great and like i'm in the best place. I have my favorites, but there's so many wonderful instructors: Suz, Dale, Heidi, Damon, Kay, Sonya, Luciana, and Tony, just to name a few.
It's close, the people are nice and helpful and the studio is clean and kept up with the exception of there may be a little water damage in the studio that needs some attention, but that doesn't bother me. My husband and I left here years ago, due to none of the teachers being very good. Justin's C2 class was really great and I'm happy we're back. Hopefully more teachers are as good as Justin!

Love attending Marjan H Hot Power Fusion class! She’s an instructor that’s hands on and is on your form! I love how she also hands out cold towels. She does this out of the kindness of her heart. She truly enjoys teaching and inspires me to continue practicing! I wish she taught more classes or have other instructors be more hands on correcting form and provide towels for hot power fusion especially now that the room is hot again.
Always leave class feeling so strong and accomplished!

Great studios too, just an issue with the smaller parking spaces but the overall experience is top notch.

The teachers at the Clairemont Mesa studio are just amazing. Most of them are so welcoming and kind and seem to really care about making the experience great for people. I signed up for a membership after the 7 day trial about a year and a half ago entirely because of the teachers, and even though I’m moving to another part of town soon, I’ll still be coming to the Clairemont Mesa location multiple times a week.
Great yoga sculpt class. The yoga instructor made a fun and challenging with great music. The only thing is some yoga students brought their phones in the studio and some wore their sandals in class.
