We love the Encinitas studio staff and class options! It’d be nice to have some blinds in the studio1 - that sun from all the windows is so harsh all year long.
The staff are really nice.
With La Costa open, it's been more apparent the heat difference of the studios. I don't understand instructors opening doors and cooling the room down in Encinitas when the heat isn't uniform in the room anyway. It's frustrating to feel the cold air during class when I sign up for a hot sculpt class.
Instructors were engaging. Environment was conducive for a effective workout.

CPY Del Mar is the nicest facility I've ever been to. It's beautiful, the yoga rooms are large and most importantly, the instructors are phenomenal. And please DO NOT change the heating mechanism to the newer IR panels that you have in other locations. The humidity machine you have in Del Mar is something those panels can replicate and it makes a big difference

In the front windows we need blinds! The sun is damaging product and it’s too bright for instructors sitting at the front. It’s difficult to make eye contact with students

The teachers
Teachers are amazing and just the right balance of consistency among them so I can go to any C2 and follow. That said each class has some personalization from each teacher with their music, message, and flow.
Teachers and classes are all superb! Miss the storage shelves in the lobby though after the remodel :(

Was very challenging but I loved it!
I love being a part of this studio. The family feel is so nourishing and it feels like home coming back to it! The remodel left things to be desired…. They were closed for a while and the studio paint is already bubbling and you can tell moisture is already getting trapped. I absolutely love the staff and there’s always fun events events to keep it refreshing and engaging. Yay Kelly!

Great class and love the instructor.
First the people. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. Secondly the instructor, Dylan. Not sure how to describe it but it was her vibe. She made me feel welcome and comfortable. I didn’t know the poses well and there was no judgment. She remembered my name and thanked me for coming. I was brought by my friend Kristin the previous week and loved it. I was not in the market for a yoga studio as I am a swimmer. But my back felt so much better that I am joining today. Thank you for the wonderful experience and I’m excited to get started in SF.
