Clean studio and excellent teachers
Excelente teacher and great schedule.
Lauren G is the best HPF teaching in San Diego County, full stop. The average person cannot handle HPF at the 'bikram' level so why should they attempt a HPF class that other veteran yogis can? There really should an be HPF 1.0 and 2.0. so the newbs can not negatively comment against teachers who tell them 'it is hot' before class as I do hear, then they complain.
I love having HPF’s at 8pm and sculpts available in the morning. I’d love to see some C2’s at 8pm if possible
The studio is so clean and nice and Macy C taught a hard, but thoughtful class with super fun music!!!!
Facilities are clean, class offerings are abundant and availability of classes are good.

The staff at Poway are super friendly, welcoming, and overall great instructors. The studio is clean and has plenty of room. I never have to worry about being kicked in the face by the person in front of me (which has happened at another location with smaller studios). Nice selection of retail merchandise.

Great class, clean studio, everyone was friendly and welcoming at the desk.
Class was amazing. Taught by a new Yoga instructor Jasmin who definitely didn’t seem as a new teacher. She was confident, fun and great at walking me through each movement. I usually look around at others to follow, but this time, I didn’t need to because she prompted me throughout the class and each movement.
Many teachers assume we know what to do next when we don’t as I am new to Yoga. I appreciated her very much!
The locker room was very clean and staff was friendly. I enjoyed myself and had a GREAT WORKOUT! Definitely recommend
The teachers are great!!!! However I don’t like the small room because it always gets too hot in there. It is what it is in terms of design.. but Kim Bauman was smart to read the room and see how much the students were sweating already and didn’t blast the heat like some teachers do. I really wish your company did not have such hot room settings for c2 and I also wish you ran the air when doing strength x. Sweating too much is not healthy for the kidneys especially during summer when it’s already too hot. This location does have phenomenal teachers though.

The staff were all so friendly and inviting. I told them it was my first time and they went out of their way to explain the process and where everything was located and such. Such a great experience and I can’t wait to go back. Plus the class was amazing.
I LOVE core power with every ounce of my being and have recommended it to several friends, who are now members! The only reason I didn’t give a 10 is the 5:00am class availability. That would help with those of us full time working moms who also do 7:30 school drop off. Please consider adding a few 5:00am days!!!

I started my CorePower journey at Point Loma's studio and feel more attuned to the truest version of self after every session thanks to the wonderful teachers (Lauren, I AM a much happier, healthier, grounded version of self TY!) and great variety of classes!I love my new home studio in PB but PL popped my yoga 🍒 and love returning where it all started for me in this 3 big studio CP. If you enjoy Hot Power Fusion classes this is one of the hottest places to let go of past discretions.
Great instructors, very welcoming and warm. The studio is always clean. I love that they offer different classes all throughout the day. I also like that they provide locks for the locker room.
The awesome instructors and sheer volume of classes going each studio has personality Northpark is a huge studio! Dig the parking garage validation. Corepower is teaching me how to breathe, balance, and align with present mind, body, and spirit. All my complications and past hurts are sweat out. Magic really.
Variety of classes. But 1.5 is not offered.
