I was trying to find parking and was like one min late, and the instructor was so kind and let me go in. She also is amazing!!!! I love that she does so many chaturangas!!! So many instructors don't! She also walked all around the room so that way everyone, especially someone who is very visual like me, can take our cues from her.

The instructors seem to be knowledgeable and know the students. I like that they care and are passionate about yoga. I really enjoy Ronan’s philosophy series! It’d be fun to introduce more of that into yoga, since it is such a mindful practice.
Poway is the best CP location I have been to! 4s is right up there too. Always spotless and the team is friendly and welcoming! Have been a member for years and wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Josh Blatter is THE BEST! So knowledgeable, thorough, well thought out in his sequences, always giving us more to learn about the intricate basics. Practicing with Josh helps me avoid injuries consciously and improve my balance by understanding how to create better balance using the dynamics of each posture. Thanks for having Josh on your team!!!!
Quality of the teachers
I found the perfect balance by attending a few Sculpt or CorePower Strength class a week and then throwing in a C2 class. I've attended over 2000 classes and I highly recommend it.

I love getting to practice at different studios when I’m traveling. I took Amanda and Brittney and they both taught excellent classes and were very personable. I loved the infrared heat too!
