Nice classes, only complaint is that when the classes are full in the afternoon there are not enough 5 and 8 pound dumbells for every person to have a set. Please purchase more dumbells so everyone can use the set they like.

I tried two free classes with instructor Shane. I am coming weekly since then. He is such a wonderful instructor. He helps me to focus on my practice and to reach a real meditative state at shavasana.

I truly love being a member of CorePower Yoga at Encinitas. All the teachers have been incredible. I have learned a lot about how to refine the postures through the assists I have received from many of the teachers. Corepower's Yoga Sculpt class is the most complete workout you can have in an hour. It's also a fun class with all the music, fast tempo, and the variety of exercises.
