Everyone was very professional from the woman who called in response to my email to the ladies who came to do the cleaning. My request was answered promptly and the service was scheduled at a convenient time for me. It wasn't my home but a friend's and she was very messy and the workers who came did a fabulous job under pretty bad circumstances.

one crew member was okay. Missed emptying a couple of trash can. Otherwise she did a good job.
