Simply put, they do a fantastic job, and I have nothing to complain about. I have a challenging home that is mostly hardwood, and a teenage daughter that leaves a disaster each week, but they come and make their magic and leave my home looking like new. I tried a different maid service initially, and was quite disappointed. Merry Maids provides the unusual mix of both value AND quality which is rather difficult to find.

We had the deep clean and the women were very conscientious and thorough. They worked for over six hours without a break. They used all of their own products and the house smelled fresh and clean when they were finished. We very pleased with their work ethic and their ability to be flexible with our expectations. We decided to contract with them on a regular schedule and our requests for the same staff was granted.
