The staff were extremely professional and friendly. The cleaning was very thorough, and the staff took their time and did not cut any corners. The supervisor of the staff even came and began to clean in her nice business attire. You can relax knowing that when Merry Maids comes into the privacy of your home you will immediately feel comfortable with the integrity of the staff. They come as cleaners, and they leave as friends.

They do a thorough job, and do it very efficienctly. We have never had a problem with any of the girls, and all have been most courteous.

I like the efficiency, the professionalism, the pleasant personalities, the listening/action on any of my concerns. Generally all of the Merry Maids who have come to our house have been excellent. The last visit on September 18, 2014 was one of the best crews (Cynthia and Rosario)of two we have had. Cynthia had been there before and was very observant and thorough with her work and was great. Highly recommend her. Great ladies. Keep up the good work.

All the ladies are nice but Jessica is quite possibly the best cleaning person (both work wise and kindness wise) I have ever come across

WOW, is the 1st thing that came out of my mouth when I got home...I could literally smell the clean! A smell that has not been there in a LONG time:) Words can not express my gratitude & appreciation for what these ladies did for me. Its kind of sad b/c the excitement my daughter showed, when she went into her room & bathroom, shows me just how long its been since a deep clean has been done! My daughter (9 years old) has over 100 stuffed animals, and whomever drew the short straw to clean her room organized each and every one of these animals by color & species!! Her books were organized, her nick-naks, EVERYTHING! She even keeps refolding the toilet paper end & reusing the pretty gold sticker ya'll use! She kept saying, "look at this" & "looks at this"....I told her she now knows what the room is capable of looking like, so now its job too!
The rest of the house was amazing too....my kitchen counter shine & my bathrooms are golden!!! Thank you to the entire Merry Maid staff:)

The girls are very personable and professional - they are on time and do a great job. I especially like the scents used to freshen the house, especially the cinnamon! The staff on phones are great, too and very helpful with scheduling and help with service to be provided.

The girls were very professional and fast. They finished the windows in less than an hour. And they were very helpful in explaining what their products are and how they use them. I will be calling in the future for another project I'd like to have done but not right now due to other financial commitments.
