I have used Merry Maids, especially Michelle Zapp as manager, for 5 years for at least 3 of my rentals. I am very happy with the communication and service. Communication is super important as I live out of town and rely on them to tell me condition of the unit. So far they have been very responsive and we are very very happy. Thank you.

1. Check the vac as it seemed to open and drop sunflower seeds from a previous cleaning in our house from the living room to the master. I caught it open one time myself. 2. There was a bathroom tile cracked! i have not told Roy yet so please do not mention it. 3. The master shower was not really cleanned to the point of getting any soap film off. Roy did notice this! Other than this, they were great and we really are going to enjoy having you here.

Our home sparkles when Sierra is finished . Yet the house doesn't have that overpowering smell that cleaning products sometimes leave. We are thrilled with Merry Maids.
