The looks and smells great

The service is great. The product used on tile floors keep me disturbed. I would like to see plain hot water used on tile. Donna and I have talked about the feel on bare feet after she has finished moping (of course after it has dried).

It is so convienant for guest to arrive and have toilet tissue, soap,paper towels,already in place. Not to mention the coming in to a very clean house is a good start to a relaxing vacation. We are very pleased with our service

I have used Merry Maids and Michelle Zapp for 4 years on many units and can trust Michelle not only for regular scheduled cleanings, but to go above and beyond in checking thermostats, sending additional linens or whatever it takes. I live out-of-town and whatever it takes to keep this rental going I depend on Michelle and she delivers.

I am not really happy with the stuff used on the tile floors, seems like it is sticky afterwards when it is dry. Other than that, I am happy with with the products.

Everything.....our place is so clean, the sheets and towels are great quality and we like the extra touches such as soaps, dishcloths, etc.....left at our place.

I like the whole house/concentrate on one room program. It suits me well. The cleaning products are okay, but I would like my glass to be shinier and brighter.
