Services were good. I don't know your products. I am president of this group and arrived on Sunday, Feb 17. Overall it was very clean. As constructive criticism, there were several items that need to be addressed: Major---sliding glass door in the master bedroom were not cleaned on the outside. Minor---medicine cabinet in master bath was not wiped out and the overhead vents need to be cleaned every couple weeks.

Lauren is the best!!!! She cleans my home as if it were hers. The floors are spotless, kitchen is shiny, and bathrooms glisten as if never used. In addition, Lauren answers all my questions with a smile and puts up with my diva dog who likes to check on her occassionally!

THEY HAVE ONLY BEEN HERE TWICE, SO I HAVE TO GET USED TO A FEW THINGS THAT I DO DIFFERENTLY. FOR EXAMPLE, WHEN THEY CLEAN THE FLOOR, THEY DON'T MOVE THE KITCHEN CHAIRS. I'M NOT USED TO THAT.AS FAR AS THE PRODUCTS, THEY SEEM TO BE FINE. MY FLOORS ARE CLEAN. THE BATHROOMS ARE ALSO NICE & CLEAN.

The biggest assest for me is our provider, Dina. Her attention to detail and desire to give great customer service are first rate. She is friendly and genuinely interested in my needs and expectations as a customer. Dina consistently goes above and beyond in her efforts to ensure quality service and is a true joy to work with.

Prompt service and complete work

We are very pleased with the girls and with their work ethic. They are very thorough and personally very pleaant. We couldnt ask for anyone better!

My only concern is when they were here on the 13th. They got here a little before 1pm and when I got home at 2:30 on the dot they were gone, yet I was billed for 2 hours. Otherwise the service is great, no complaints.

Services are customized to the customers needs. Flexibility is important to me. It is a relief to know I have the help I need to keep my home presentable. I know there was a lot to clean the first time at my house but there were a few places missed. I will point this out next time.

Not sure what your products are made from but they clean better than anything I have used.

After living in serveral states within the US the only cleaning service that consistently provided a quality delivery was Merry Maids. As far as the cleaning products, I am not always happy with some of the product choices. I do appreciate protecting your workers, but I'd think several products don't do the job. As an example, toilets often have a film after 5 days and the same is true for bath tubs.

My regular Merry Maids, Lauren, is out and Dina has been cleaning for us and doing a FANTASTIC JOB!

Love coming home to a fresh clean home and I love when they use the merry maids stickers on the tissue and paper towels
