They could be a little more observant. Corners,tops of refrigerators around drains in the sinks...little things like that which to me is not little but on a whole they were good. Had to point out things to them at times.

I get Erin, often and she is fantastic. She is friendly and professional. She is also a self starter. My experience with Merry Maids, is that they work very hard to please each customer and strive for perfection on each visit.

I absolutely adore my cleaners, Shelley and Rosario. I once had a different crew and was not as impressed. The office staff is very friendly and communicates well.

I had a two-person crew in, Margo and Heather, and they were very professional. Did a great job. The only thing keeping the rating from being a 10 is that the office said they would be there at 2PM and they arrived at 2:20. But they stayed until it was done, didn't cut any corners, and the place looked super.

Ladies usually arrive within expected time frame, ladies are usually very good about making sure all areas are properly cleaned, ladies are usually very pleasant.

The girls reported that everything was clean sanitized. Fresh clean smell as well.

Your representatives, Erin and Heather, were punctual, thorough and totally cooperative. For future cleanings we want these girls and no others(communicated to their manager, Michelle when she came to check them out). Thank you for a job well-done.
