The company provides cleaning staff who seem to take a personal interest in doing a thorough job. The staff listens to my requests and complies with them to the best of their abilities. My only complaint is that speed seems to be most important; I would prefer that more time be taken to check that all areas have been cleaned. I really would like the last two girls who cleaned (today) to return in two weeks. There have been several changes in cleaning staff. It would be better to have the same cleaner(s) for every visit.

At one point I was ready to lodge a formal complaint, but just this week I had a new technician named April, and she did an excellent job. Merry Maids can thank her for putting them back in my good graces. In the same respect I commend Merry Maid for weeding out bad employees, and doing what is necessary to keep their organization in top standing. Friends have asked me about cleaning services and I always recommend Merry Maids. I have used this service in two states and I am pleased.
The services and some products are good. Would like to see 2 team members clean rather than one...You could cover more areas with 2 and clean on a timely basis...In the beginning there were 2 people, now you cut back to just one person, even though she does a fantastic job, 2 people could cover the whole house, I think, better than one. Also, when do we get our overhaul cleaning done as promised in the beginning....The rotation is way past due...
