I like that the ladies always aim to please and ask if everything is/was ok from their visit. I also like that it looks/feels clean without an overwhelming odor of harsh cleaners, ie bleach or pine sol. Our ladies are very pleasant and are very accommodating when we ask them to do something a particular way. We are very satisfied with Merry Maids services.
Maids always do a great job
I enjoy the stability of Merry Maids, they come when they say they are coming. They always do a great job. I do like more of a scented cleaning product and would enjoy more if there was a "scent" to the clean.

The ladies were focused, professional, and fast. I was so pleased at how clean the toilets were. We have a septic system/well and the water leaves mineral deposits that stain the bowl. When the ladies finished, those bowls were spotless . . I liked the products because they were not heavily scented.

Everything was so clean when they finished. Although 1 item was broken, it only had sentimental value, not monetary value. As long as that doesn't happen on a regular basis everything is fine.
The promptness, courtesy, and performance of the women who clean our home. Their pride in their work, and the accessibility of office personnel when needed. Also like the use of different colored cloths for different jobs. No cloth that cleans the toilets will also clean the kitchen counters. Very very pleased with Merry Maids. Have been with them for about a year and a half with no complaints.
