The maids are sensitive to our dog at home during the day and leave us notes such as took him out for a tinkle before we left. That is going above and beyond their jobs - love their conscientiousness!

The products used in my home are very satisfactory. We always enjoy how well they seem to work in many cases better than the household cleaning products that I buy at local retailers.
What I like the most about the gals working with Merry Maids is their complete flexibility and willingness to work with the customer. All I have to do is leave a note, and any area or room is cleaned to my liking. I have found the ladies completely trustworthy as I have antiques or I'll leave some small pieces of jewelry out, and it goes untouched.
If there were any areas of concern, I would say that one person doing one two-story home by herself is a bit much. Or, sometimes the ladies have too many homes to do in one day, and I feel as though we get a "rush job" on those days.
Overall, I am completely satisfied with my cleaning. Our home gets "lived" in, and I know that leaves extra work for our Merry Maids gals. I appreciate all that they do, and I tell them that every time.

Vacuuming
I normally do not respond to request for comment, but I thought you should know the 2 ladies that showed up at my home were very nice and polite and definitely efficient. I look forward to using your services again and feel comfortable in knowing that any time I have unexpected quests, my home will be clean.

We like everything about Merry Maids. They do a great job, and save me alot of time so I can do others necessary things at this time.
BUT, I am disapointed, I was told they would wipe the top of the fridge. The past 2 visits this has not happened, just to busy to call, and the top of kitchencabinets have not been dusted....what's up girls???

kim and shannon did an excellent job i came home from work to a beautifully cleaned house. I enjoy working with an agency rather than paying someone under the table. If one of the cleaning people get sick or whatever merry maids has someone to replace her with. I am happy that the agency is responsible for the taxes etc.
The attitude of the Ladies who come. Shannon's attitude last time was great & Flo's attitude and high level of cleaning is always great, too.
