Since I have had two new girls for several months now, I have been very happy with my service. They go out of their way to please the customer, they do their job well, and they always follow through on any request. I do wish their window/mirror cleaning products/methods were improved. Otherwise, they never seem to mind being reminded of specific tasks and always do them diligently.

We are happy with the ladys that take care of us. AS long as we have both Angela and Flo we will stay with Merry Maids. The products used to clean are great no smell.
They clean beautifully, though I am not home often they are personal and very friendly my life is awesomely better since we have employed your company. And very honest I have lost things like jewelry that they have found. I can't praise the teams enough. The only downside is not having the same team over and over so you could get to know them more but ALL are terrific. Thanks Merry Maids!!

The girls are very friendly and concientous. the products they use are very efficent.
The only thing I don't like is the floor steamer. It leaves white spots on my kitchen
linolium. Overall I pleased with the service.
Bianca and Jodi did a fabulous job with our home. I am simply amazed! It is spic-n-span clean as my Mom would say! And she is a magnificent cleaner.

We just had a first cleaning last Monday. The women who did it were COMPLETELY thorough. It HAD to take more work and time then they expected, but when I got home neither of them complained or expressed any kind of displeasure. They seemed genuinly pleased that they were able to be of service. They were friendly and pleasant and I am SO happy I signed on for 1 time a week service. What a pleasure this past week has been to come home from work and activities witht he kids knowing the house has been cleaned top to bottom!!!
