I was very happy with the young lady, Ashley, that was sent to clean my house for the first time. My house could have used 2 girls because it was very dirty. Ashley did a great job, but I feel for the money I paid it should have been done a little better. No fault of her own because she stayed a long time to get caught up. The products were fine and I was pleased overall.
The services are delivered with professional style and the professional cleaners are trained very well. Having been with Merry Maids for closing on 5 years I am still very very satisfied. Jenny has been with us for almost 2 years and her work and work ethic is particular and outstanding. Jenny takes care of our home like it was her own. She never disappoints. i sent in a precious comment but was absokutely mistaken about the situation....it was my fault for not knowing the cost of the service because i hadn't notice the paperwork that needed signing to get the discount for every other week price reduction...so sorry...christin was wonderful as was the very merry maid who came to our home and did a great job!!!
I like there is a schedule to focus on certain areas each time. The rest is not neglected but it's turn will come. BATHROOM ALWAYS IS CLEANED VERY WELL.
The gals do a good job and I make it difficult for them since I do not clean up for them first. I can imagine that if I were to clean up for them, it would be really fantastic, vs. just plain fantastic.
Due to a small glitch during our cleaning on Monday two of our services were not done, Bianca responded immediately to having it addressed. Another Merry Maid was sent out on Friday to address the missed issues. She was very pleasant and very efficient. Thanks Merry Maids!

I was amazed at how clean Rachel managed to get the shower doors. With our hard water, it has been a challenge for me.

I have been with Merry Maids for almost five years, and have never had a problem that wasn't resolved quickly. My division of Merry Maids provides me with excellent service and professional workers who are taught and mentored by senior members of the team thus providing continuity and proper cleaning techniques. I have only good things to say about my Merry Maids and will continue with them for as long as I can possibly do it.

Company seems well managed; personnel all seem reliable; cleaners are personable and do a great job. i like the products used, no chemical smell.
The ladies always go the extra mile, take care of the little touches that make a big difference, and I get compliments all the time about how nice my home looks.
