Friendly and did a great job
Being new at this type of service, I did not realize I would need to ask for specific things to be done. I assumed that the list of things that was told me that would be done each time was what would be accomplished. Next time I will be prepared with a list. I have already recommended you to a friend that is looking to change cleaning person.
I like that the cleaners bring their own materials and I don't have to keep products on hand for them. I like that they seem to be environmentally friendly products and no harsh chemicals. I like how pleasant and hardworking the cleaners seem to be.
The manager of the Dover/Camden DE operation, Kristen, could not be more responsive, adept, accessible, friendly, or capable in handling my cleaning requests. She's a dynamic problem-solver, an effective supervisor, and a customer service hero. My most recent cleaning on 6/23/15, by Ashley, was outstanding and I could not be more appreciative of her individual services, attention to detail, and commitment to providing complete cleaning services. Both individuals are golden.

The dependability of service
This was our first experience with Merry Maids in Dover and we are incredibly impressed with the level of professionalism, customer service and expertise extended to us from the initial phone call to the completion of our cleaning. The housekeeper sent to perform the initial cleaning was amazing! She was friendly, but not familiar, immediately took charge, got to work and everything was sparkling before she left our home. We observed her scrubbing the bathroom and kitchen floors on her hands and knees, making sure nothing was missed. All the extras we expected from Merry Maids - from ceiling fans to base boards - were cleaned along with polished chrome faucets and sinks! We can't wait for our next Merry Maids cleaning!

Merry Maids has cleaned my mother in law's house as well and they did a wonderful job there. DEPENDABLE, THOROUGH, FRIENDLY
The only reason I rated the first question a 9 rather than a 10 is that I know not everyone can have Jenny as their Merry Maid. I would give Jenny a 10 for her work every time she has cleaned our house!
