To me, the most important aspect of your service is the attitude of the employees. Melissa is so interested in pleasing the client and doing whatever she could to accomplish her work, as was Renai (sp?). The two of them are the most memorable.

I liked how Melissa helped to take the burden off of me as we moved from our apartment to a new house. she took care of cleaning our apartment well right after we moved everything out so I just had to worry about moving everything into the new house and unpacking. She made the whole process a lot easier.

I like that Merry Maids brings all their own equipment and cleaning products. I also like that the products contain no smells. Merry Maid workers are professional, efficient, well organized and do a great job.
The girls came and they were very friendly. They did an excellent job I,m not sure what kind of furniture polish they used. But, it bought my bedroom set back to life! Looking forward to seeing them again in 4 weeks.
