Cheryl was awesome picking me up from the air port She stayed in front of my car at 1:00 in the morning until I got in and got my doors locked and she dropped me off. Also there was an issue when I was leaving, again it was one in the morning and TC helped me at the exit gate. Offer me a bottle of water help me run my card. Park and fly really treats their customers well. Thank you guys both for helping me last night!

Absolutely love this service. Easy to reserve, valet service is prompt, courteous and always ready. We have never waited for shuttle pick up at the airport and best of all, when we arrive back at the lot, our vehicle is waiting started, unlocked and hatch open and ready for the staff to pop our bags in and send us on our way. Easy phone scan exit. Conveniently located with no hassle traffic entry/exit. Very happy to recommend to anyone flying out of PHL!
