We used the valet service and the entire experience from check in to pickup was seemless. Loved that we got a text upon our return to the airport that we could easily reply to to be picked up! Instructions on where to go were clear and when we got to the gate a shuttle was already there! The drivers (both to and from the airport) were very professional, courteous, and diligent loading and unloading the luggage. We would definitely use Park n Fly for future travel and will recommend to others! 👍🏼

Driver courteous and very helpful.

I liked how most everything could be done with the app. But I also appreciated the friendly service I received when I arrived and the ride to the airport had a very friendly driver. The ride back was a little scary (that driver did an illegal turn at the entrance onto Cicero) and the driver wasn't as friendly. Regardless, I will stick with your service for its over-all excellence. In all my times using your service, that last ride was the only one that wasn't great.
