Ease of reservation
This is the 3rd time we’ve parked here and really like the services. EVERY single time we check in and arrive, we are greeted very politely. Everyone from the checking in and out to the shuttle driver is very nice and professional. And it’s affordable!

Felt very secure. Both the presence of someone me one at the entry & exit gate and the shuttle exactly where we were directed to park. With good communication, we were early for check in. Our vehicle was safe upon return and there were no signs of any other vehicles at risk. We’ll use Park-n-Fly as often as we can.

Excellent service and friendly staff. Dropping off the car and getting to the airport is very easy. Retrieving a car after the trip is customer-friendly. I am disabled and the help I have received was exemplary.
Quick, polite service especially on the return trip to the lot. The driver removed all our bags while we checked out with the service rep waiting near the bus. We were out of the lot in less than two minutes. Very good service!
Ok but it took almost up to 50 minutes to get a ride back to the park
Easy to enter and leave the lot with the QR code from the app. pick up at the lot and airport where very easy. The ride back to the lot was a little rough the driver was doing hard brakes and gas around the airport area.

Very friendly and helpful. Patrick F. Met us at the airport and when we arrived at the parki ng lot, drove right to our car. Unloaded our bags and waited to make sure our car started. Thanks from a couple of old men. 71 and 90 years old.
