Parking was great!! Ernie was my driver on my return visit and He was great!!

I did have difficulty retrieving the bar code I used to park when I was exiting days and days later... so that caused a slight delay. You may want to add a highlight to remind drivers to keep that handy for their exit??

It’s easy. Access is quick, they direct you to parking, contact the van driver and you’re quickly on your way. Upon return you give the driver the tag you were given with the car’s location and you’re quickly on your way. The lot is clean, well lit and secure.

Convenience ,it used to be very cheap. Not anymore. Great service from the shuttles

Want to highly commend associate Patrick F for highly professional, selfless service he provided by refusing gratuity, transported my wife to your clean and comfortable office while he prepared a battery box to jump start our car and guided us out of the lot at the end.
Because of great associates as Patrick F, park 'n fly will be our choice next time.

The app made it easy to get in and out of the facility. It also made it easy to request a shuttle if one wasn't there or scheduled pickup times changed due to delays, etc.

Most of the time the shuttles are quick.

It is so easy to book online. Once you get there the employees are very friendly directing you where to park. You never wait long for the shuttle to pick you up and take your luggage. Signs at Midway are easy to follow upon return. Again, you will never wait long or at all to hop on the return shuttle. The only problem I had was leaving the parking area. The bar code reader would not scan my code. I ended up having to back up and go through the line with a person working to help me. She was very courteous! I do hope somebody is always available to help, especially for those late night arrivals.

I like that it was very convenient to park. The shuttle picked us up from our parking spot and took us to the airport. When we arrived back the shuttle was right outside the airport and took us directly to our parking spot.

It was easy to make reservations online, easy to find, easy to park, and the shuttle was right there coming and going on our trip. The shuttle drivers were so kind and helpful! We liked that it was fenced in and had great lighting! We will return!!!

Everyone we dealt with was great, friendly and very accommodating. This was particularly true of our shuttle driver on Tuesday evening 11/7, Lou. He greeted everyone and provided some pleasant conversation while driving. In addition, he provided great customer service, even carrying our bags to our car for us. You have a real gem in Lou!
