Pickup was almost immediate this time. Closest we have ever been able to park. Delivered right to Delta quickly.

Quick pick up from airport

Did not have to wait at all for departure and arrival back from the airport; drivers were courteous and helped with luggage; cashier was courteous and offered a free bottle of water. Nothing happened to our car while we were gone.

We (my wife and I) have been using your service for at least the past 25 or 30 years - we remember the "old place" quite well, especially the move - it took us by surprise when heading for it at 4 AM.

We have always enjoyed prompt and courteous service at all hours and dates. We are most pleased to come home from a ski trip or winter getaway - having the Jeep front and center, heat on, windshield & windows cleared - 'really softens the transition from beach to paved snow.

We have always been happy that our trips start and end in a relaxed, welcoming environment - not a zoo as can be encountered in lots closer to Bradley.

And our driver and attendant, Adel, did well to continue this tradition.

I was able to reserve covered parking and the service was great, it was a very early morning flight and the shuttle service arrived promptly and I had plenty of time to get through security.
On the return flight I was able to catch the shuttle quickly and service great.

Your crew was very helpful. From the driver who picked us up at the airport to the lot person who jump started our car due to a dead battery to Arvelle who was working the booth and coordinated getting our car started and was very pleasant as we checked out.

They do an excellent job in getting you to and from Midway! Everyone is so helpful and kind! Great instructions on where to park and quick pick up! This place is our go to when in Chicago and using Midway. Highly recommend Park and Fly Midway!
