Cost of self-park was very attractive relative to the alternatives, and yet the gate arrangements made me feel the car would be secure. Shuttle pick-up and drop-off at my car was an unexpected plus. On return, pick-up shuttle was waiting as I exited the airport, so there was no wait at all! My driver Keith was especially helpful. Overall, I could not have been more pleased, and I look forward to using Park 'N Fly Hartford again in the future.

Drivers are courteous. Pickup at airport and at parking lot is timely. For shorter duration trips, it's more economical to drive and use your lot than hire a taxi.
