I like the convince of having my car when I get picked up from the airport or going to the airport. Everyone is nice and helpful. I will say that this is the first time I feel someone took my car with them. When I left my car I had a full tank of gas and when I picked my car backed up I had 3/4 tank and 130 mikes more than when I left it.

Pretty simple to make a reservation online. Drop off is easy. Pickup could be better as the App doesn't always work.

I no longer get text or email messages before I land to quickly enter terminal and my valet number. This made request for pick up very easy, especially when you're carrying two bags.

EVERYTHING!! Makes travel so much less stressful. Safe place to park for much cheaper price than the airport. The shuttle drops us off at departures and then takes us right back to our car when we return, and the drivers are always so courteous and help us with our bags.

Very easy to get to! Easy check in and promptly picked up by shuttle! Dropped off at gate with ease and picked up at airport rather promptly and brought back to our car

Shuttles are always waiting to pick us up and take us to airport. The wait to go back to lot is never too long either. Our car is parked in a safe lot and the price is reasonable

I liked the fact that I can be taken to the airport and also picked up there and not have to worry about finding a parking spot.
The shuttle drivers were very nice.

At first I thought you were too far from the airport, but you guys were very quick and efficient and upon returning our driver was truly outstanding this man was the best , I had bad news about a buddy dying from cancer and shared this with him and , this guy was a good soul , having a employee like him to get us early morning on Tuesday around 12:30am with the compassion he had the man truly deserves kudos for being a great representative for Park & Fly!
We will only use you guys for future trips !
