First time using facility, the attendant Carmine helped me check in at the gate and had the bus pick us promptly after we parked. Great first impression! Lot is very secure, the bus pick-up/drop-off couldn’t be any easier, and now we know we won’t have any anxieties flying out of Midway because your facility was top-notch! This was my first time at Park N Fly. When I parked my car I did not stay at the spot in which I parked and went up to the Shuttle. He informed me that he would have come to pick me up. He then asked me what number space I was in and I couldn't tell him because I forgot to check. He then told me no problem and gave me a receipt with a number close to where he saw me. When I returned from the airport the young lady(sorry did not get her name) was so gracious and understanding when I told her what happened. After all passengers were off she proceeded to help me back track to find my car. Within a minute of where I thought it was we found my car. I am just so sorry that I did not have any more change to tip her. She deserved a tip and more. Thank you for having such caring and passinate people that still have patience and want to work. Please continue to treat them well. It's a crazy world out there. I also appreciate the car wash. That is a class act! Thank you Xrsty
