Convenient and easy to use.
I love the ease of scanning a code, and finding a parking spot. The shuttle comes to your vehicle and you don't have to lug all your luggage to a central point, so convenient. We traveled with first time flyers and children on top of it, and it was so easy!! Will always recommend!!

Everything
As a first time user I had to call and ask questions. They were answered. Everything was great. I followed the 60 miles to Conley Street with my GPS and drove right in. I had to ask the attendant what to do so i scanned my QR code got in and parked by the back fence. it wasn't long before the van came and took me to Southwest terminal.
I worried about my return and thought I would have to call but there was the Shuttle already waiting at ground transportation. Everything was so easy and the process took the worry out of leaving my car there. The drivers were very courteous and helpful, Also I forgot to lock my car and when I returned everything I left in it was untouched so thank you for the security you offer, Looking forward to using Park and Fly again.
