I have used your service for years and at every airport I use. Have always had excellent customer service.
Your service was much better on this trip. There seemed to be more buses running. We were there on the day the electricity was out due to storm, and the staff was diligently working to make sure everything continued to run smoothly. The bus operators were cordial and courteous.
And the checkout lady was wonderful. Wish I had gotten her name.

The drivers were very kind and helpful. I loved that it looked like a secure lot, including the electric fences around the perimeter. I liked that you had to scan in order to get In and Out. The pick up from the Airport baggage area was very easy. There were already 2 shuttles waiting for passengers. We never felt rushed yet everything was done quickly.
I've used other services before and have waited at least 30 minutes before the shuttle arrives for pickup, but we only waited 5 minutes, if that. We were driven directly to our car. So fast and easy!
